Happy hump day everyone. If you have followed my snapchat (@ZuneraSerena) than you know my life these days revolves in the gym or my 2 hour each way commute to DC in rush hour and even though my arms can barely type from sore muscles today I just have a huge smile on my face and a never-ending burst of energy. When I sit in traffic I snapchat, dance, listen to music and call friends. When I am in the gym struggling to get fit again I constantly thank my body for trying and so I would say that I live with an attitude of gratitude. I am so thankful for all the blessings I have in my life and I hope that you can look at your own life and see all the positives too and if there is something not going your way then just know that maybe that’s whats best for you and that things will get better.
