Some how yellow has been my favorite color this season. I loved this bright fitted top with some loose but fitted shorts.
I love the animal print on these pumps. They were extremely comfortable and added a little ‘pazaaz’ to the look.
For Serena I usually take some extra clothes with me on Sundays because I never know if she will be playing with the mud in the backyard with her cousins or playing with water. So, it is always safe to have an extra pair of clothes.
We had a great mothers day weekend. We started the day with a nice breakfast and a beautiful hand-made card by Serena and Sharjeel. After spending a lazy afternoon at home; me and Serena went to my parents house and spent the day with my mom and family. For past 8 years I have spending every Sunday there. I know it sounds really boring but it is a lot of fun. That is the day when all of my cousins with their kids show up and its like a party for kids and a relaxed time for grown ups. Specially for me, I usually wake up on Sunday make breakfast for Serena & Sharjeel and then get ready to go to their house. On my way there I call my mom to tell her to make breakfast for me and if I do not call her then she usually calls me and asks me what I would like to eat? Why I do that? I have no idea. I think I just like the fact that there is one day that I can just be lazy and do nothing. So, once I go there I crash on the sofa and let mommy take care of me. Usually I get mean looks from my younger sister who on most days acts like my older sister and lectures me on how I should get up and help. So, while the kids play around I enjoy watching TV with my dad, discussing soap-operas with my mom, sister and cousins and usually have a super lazy but relaxed Sunday.
